The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to deliver a broad range of IT integration and services management solutions to the Federal Government under Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) Task Orders (TOs). ITES-3S replaces the predecessor ITES-2S contract vehicle (and its 16 prime contractors) with 135 small and large businesses and a $12.1B ceiling value. Overseen from Ft. Belvoir, Virginia by the U.S. Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Program. The period of performance is September 2018 through September 2027 with a five (5) year base period, plus four (4) one-year options, for a total of nine (9) years of performance if all options are exercised.
